What age do I need to be to shop at Kroniclez?
Under Ontario law (Cannabis Licence Act), you must be at least 19 years of age to enter our dispensary or order online. Valid government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Ontario Photo Card) is strictly required upon entry and order pickup.
How does 10-minute online pickup work?
Simply select your store (Waterloo or Kitchener) on our live shop page, add items to your cart, and submit your order. Our budtenders immediately prepare your order in under 10 minutes. When you arrive, present your photo ID at the express counter to collect your order.
What is the public possession limit in Ontario?
Adults (19+) in Ontario are legally permitted to carry up to 30 grams of dried cannabis (or equivalent in other formats like edibles, extracts, or beverages) in public at one time.
How does the 15km Price Match Guarantee work?
We match any in-stock advertised retail price from any licensed Ontario dispensary located within 15km of our Waterloo or Kitchener stores. Simply show the live competitor menu to our budtender before checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
