1. Strict 19+ Age Verification Policy
In accordance with the Cannabis Control Act of Ontario, entry to our dispensaries and pickup of cannabis orders requires valid, government-issued photo identification confirming age 19 or older.

3. Returns and Exchanges
Due to AGCO regulations, cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless subject to an authorized manufacturer recall or defective hardware (e.g. non-firing 510 cartridge within 7 days with original receipt and packaging).
